Did fine! Smelled of petroleum.

I had received a call to go back out to work on Friday night and I needed an oil change. Came in on Saturday morning and they was able to get me in and service my truck. Thank you

Went in there for a used vehicle walked away with a new 2025 so I'm greatful for the information I was given on the vehical. Only issue I have is how they handle the purchasing an getting approved for a loan. Very in the dark on certain information but over all I am thankful

What I look for in a dealership is if I'm out there looking at a vehicle and you don't approach me, first I'm walking away. I like that when I was looking at a vehicle at Vance someone immediately approached me and asked me if they could help, And I test drove two to three vehicles before I made my choice and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about all my questions and they were very kind, I'll definitely be back

Came in for the fast oil change and it took an hour and a half.

Had inspection done on my 2020 Yukon Denali, front struts were completely shot. Emmalee did a wonderful job of contacting the warranty company and taking care of that! Extremely thankful to her and the mechanic that did the work.

The service was ok but I informed the service advisor that there were 2 tire Pressure sensor not reading and asked if they could order them for the upcoming service. Brought the truck in for service and found out they never did order in the tire pressure sensors. Thus I decided I would order them my self for the next service. Not sure where I will take it for service next time.

sales staff was very cordial and helpful. made me what i feel was a good deal on a nice chevy truck. however, the light tires on the 1500 truck are not meant for country roads and i ruined a tire the 3rd day i owned the truck. had them order me 4 new 10 ply tires and then had to wait several days for a service appt to install the new tires. hopefully, after the 10ply tires are on i will have no more problems.

VERY VERY POOR COMMUNICATION AND TIME MANAGEMENT

2024 Silverado 1500 56000mi Still has warranty fir powertrain until 100000mi. Had an issue with hard shifting. Had to pay $186.00 diagnosed fee NEVER have I ever paid for a fee for a warranty claim. Why now????

Let me start by saying everyone was very nice but…scheduled recall a week out because I was taking off that week, on Monday dropped car off then got a call saying they forgot to order part, rescheduled appointment for Friday and ordered tire pressure sensor. I asked that they put it on when they do the recall. Asked how much and was told they could put it on for $25 I’ve already had 3 replaced in a year and High Plains Tire charged me $20 so I thought $5 difference would be ok. I brought car in then was told the recall part wasn’t in, but the TPS was. For the 3rd time I rescheduled for the following Tuesday at 9:30. Was supposed to be around a 2 hour repair. They picked up my car around 9:30. Around 2:30 I called to check on it. Had to leave message. Had obligations at 3:00 so I really needed my car. Around 3:00 I called again. Explained that I had left message and received no call back so they found someone who said my car was done and they would be bringing it to me. Around 4:15 my car was still not delivered to me. I told them that someone from my work would be bringing me to get it. Got there around 4:30 but the paperwork on my car had not been completed yet. When they finished the paperwork it said I was charged $97.50 to put the TPS on. Told him I was told $25 or I would have just taken it to High Plains. He said he would make it right for me which I appreciated very very much. Finally around 5:00 everything was finished. I like to do things locally. I purchased my vehicle there, have ordered parts there and even had my vehicle serviced there before. But if you want me to continue to do business things will need to change. Again, I will say everyone was very pleasant.

Got 4 new tires and oil change. Did a good job.

The team did mostly well; however, when I left the dealership after my multipoint inspection and oil change, the air in my tires was low. I had to bring it back in a few days.

My pickup was in the shop for four work weeks. Paperwork was lost in the shuffle and my pickup was forgotten, despite my repeated calls. I’ve had the same repair done multiple times and only after the warranty company objected did they finally decide to try and figure out the core problem, also despite my repeated requests. The only reason I’m continuing to come back is because I’m aware of personnel changes during all of this. I’m giving the new help an opportunity to make it right

Dealership has failed twice to provide accurate repair service and was unprepared for the follow up repair. They have been friendly but not well prepared. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, the employees changing the oil in my 2026 Equinox, cracked the plastic around the driver's side door with the lift. Vance was forthcoming and told me about the incident and repaired the cracked plastic without charging me a fee. I appreciate Vance's honestly. But, the employee's providing this service need better training and supervision, until the are able to do this job correctly.

I needed repairs on my 94 Chevy, and I gave them quite a list. They were very quick to go over the list I have given them, to make sure those repairs were needed before they were done. I was advised on what they found was correct and I was asked first if they should continue with repairs. I said yes and they had it done quicker than I was expecting. Great job , I'm very pleased to say a 94 Chevy is running great.Better than expected. I am definitely, making them my Number One go to for any future repairs.
