Brought the truck in for service and found out they never did order in the tire pressure sensors. Thus I decided I would order them my self for the next service. sales staff was very cordial and helpful. made me what i feel was a good deal on a nice chevy truck. however, the light tires on the 1500 truck are not meant for country roads and i ruined a tire the 3rd day i owned the truck. had them order me 4 new 10 ply tires and then had to wait several days for a service appt to install the new tires. hopefully, after the 10ply tires are on i will have no more problems.

My pickup was in the shop for four work weeks. Paperwork was lost in the shuffle and my pickup was forgotten, despite my repeated calls. I’ve had the same repair done multiple times and only after the warranty company objected did they finally decide to try and figure out the core problem, also despite my repeated requests. Let me start by saying everyone was very nice but…scheduled recall a week out because I was taking off that week, on Monday dropped car off then got a call saying they forgot to order part, rescheduled appointment for Friday and ordered tire pressure sensor. I asked that they put it on when they do the recall. Asked how much and was told they could put it on for $25 I’ve already had 3 replaced in a year and High Plains Tire charged me $20 so I thought $5 difference would be ok. I brought car in then was told the recall part wasn’t in, but the TPS was. For the 3rd time I rescheduled for the following Tuesday at 9:30. Was supposed to be around a 2 hour repair. They picked up my car around 9:30. Around 2:30 I called to check on it. Had to leave message. Had obligations at 3:00 so I really needed my car. Around 3:00 I called again. Explained that I had left message and received no call back so they found someone who said my car was done and they would be bringing it to me. Around 4:15 my car was still not delivered to me. I told them that someone from my work would be bringing me to get it. Got there around 4:30 but the paperwork on my car had not been completed yet. When they finished the paperwork it said I was charged $97.50 to put the TPS on. Told him I was told $25 or I would have just taken it to High Plains. He said he would make it right for me which I appreciated very very much. Finally around 5:00 everything was finished. I like to do things locally. I purchased my vehicle there, have ordered parts there and even had my vehicle serviced there before. But if you want me to continue to do business things will need to change. Again, I will say everyone was very pleasant.

Unfortunately, the employees changing the oil in my 2026 Equinox, cracked the plastic around the driver's side door with the lift. Vance was forthcoming and told me about the incident and repaired the cracked plastic without charging me a fee. I appreciate Vance's honestly. But, the employee's providing this service need better training and supervision, until the are able to do this job correctly.

Pricing is ridiculous. Already had cabin air filter out to check it and said it was dirty so agreed to put a new one in. Since I agreed to replacing they then charged me the $80 labor fee plus $84 for the filter that I could have ordered for 1/2 that price or went to another place and purchased and replaced myself. Also went in a week before to have a vent cover replaced. A part that cost $43 and tried to charge me $84 for the cover and then an additional $270 to put the vent cover on. Said they would have to drop the bumper to replace it. When, in fact, they did not. Husband ordered online from same parts store and we popped the vent on from the outside of the bumper. There was no way to put the cover on from inside the bumper due to the lip around where the vent sets in place. Could not have been put in from inside bumper. Ridiculous
